QUEEN OF SHEBA raced wide while being saved behind the lenders for the first half mile, the* came on the extreme outside in the stretch while racing into the lead, which she held easily. LINGER was close up from the start and gamely outfinished SEMINOLA. The latter showed the most early speed and tired badly in the last eighth. SISSIE D. ran well. BLUE GRANITE, far back in the early running, made up some ground with a belated rush. A. P. CANALE tired. Scratched— 2548G El Astro, 115. FUSS AND FEATHERS was pocketed several times in the first half mile, but worked her way up on the inside after reaching the stretch and won a lucky race. BOB JOHNSTON moved up fast on the last turn, then finished gamely while swerving. ELMA DEAR showed speed and raced into the lead, but tired slightly in the last eighth. SON OF MIDWAY, far back in the early running, gained teadily after going three-eighths and, but for being forced out wide by P.OB JOHNSTON, might have won. DONTADOS had no mishaps. PANINI forced the early pace and took the lead after going three-eighths and held it well to the last sixteenth and tired. SANDY RIVER raced to the leaders fast in the stretch and tired right at the end. EVERBLUE had no mishaps. SAUCE BOX raced wide on the last turn. MAKE A. LITTLE TOUCH, ta"ken back after going the first quarter, sated some ground on the stretch turn and finished well. COLLEEN O. showed e.nlv s| d and, falling lame, quit badly iu the last eighth. GALE was done after going seven-eighhs. MARLBOP.O suffered from heavy interference on the far turn and was taken far back. ROYAL PENNANT raced in the worst going. LITTLE COLONEL tired.
