FOOTING A DISADVANTAGE NEW ORLEANS, La., March 31. William Hurley, who saddled and prepared H. C. Hatchs Bad News Bob and Brother Rank for , the Louisiana Derby, this morning expressed the opinion that Brother Rank was at a disadvantage in the going. Mr. Hatch and his son left Saturday for their home in Toronto, "while Lloyd Gentry, trainer of the Hatch stable, and jockey R. Townrow, get away tonight for Kentucky. Gentry will take over Brother Rank, Bad News Bob, Black Cloud and Blackberry upon their arrival in Kentucky to where he will ship them next week.
