MUELLER INSPECTS HORSES LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 31. Theodore E. Mueller, member of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, returned to his home in Louisville after attending the meeting of that body at Covington, Saturday, and paid a visit to his stable at the Downs in charge of trainer Moody this morning. He leaves for Pittsburgh this afternoon on a business trip.
