BID WILLS DERBY ELIGIBLES Charles W. .Bidwill, secretary of the Illinois Turf Association, whose participation in the racing division has been marked by modesty as well as success, is one of several Chicago turfmen seeking honors this season in the Kentucky and American Derbys. He has eligibles to these races in Tea Cracker, Picadome and Ripfield. Tea Cracker, which is trained by Roy Slomer, now is in training at Lexington after having been wintered at Churchill Downs. Over the Louisville course this colt was among the first this season to show that he is the actual possessor of that class requisite in a thoroughbred named to compete in a Derby. Reports sent by trainer Slomer serve to emphasize Tea Crackers earlier efforts at the Downs.
