i TULSA TO BEGIN APRIL 26 SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 17. The spring meeting at Tulsa, Okla., has been postponed, it was announced here today by William P. Kyne. Instead of opening on April 19, the meeting will not get under way until April 2G. The setback of a week was made necessary by the Tanforan meeting, where many of the horses scheduled to participate. In the Oklahoma affair have been racing. The postponement will not affect the duration of the Tulsa meeting in any way, Mr. Kyne said, adding that the Tulsa period stands as first announced "twenty-five or more days." Kyne is in full charge of the options department at Tanforan, where large sums are handled on each race daily.
