SEEKS TRAIN SERVICE COLLINSVILLE, 111., April .21. General manager Robert S. Eddy, Jr., is negotiating with representatives of Pennsylvania railroad here in an effort to have them run a special train from St. Louis daily during the Fair-mount Park race meeting, the train to connect with busses just a mile from the track. Transportation to Fairmount consists of an electric line direct to the track, busses, and a direct auto route. The Pennsylvania railroads trains would be an additional facility.
