MEET AGAIN ON DURNELL LOUISVILLE Ky May 27 It was under ¬ stood here today that the Kentucky Racing Commission for the purpose of considering further and perhaps acting upon the appeal of Charles E Durnell from the action of the license committee which failed to approve his application for a trainers license will con ¬ vene in another special session at Churchill Downs Saturday SaturdayAt At a meeting last Saturday the governing board granted Durnell a hearing but deferred action presumably for opportunity to closely check information and data in its possession It was said that William E Smith vice chairman of the commission who left today for New York City will in addition to handling personal business matters which called him East go over phases of the Durnell case with members of The New York Jockey Club during his stay in that metropolis The action of the Kentucky license committee resulted from The New York Jockey Clubs disapproval of Durnell according to members of that committee which functions under authority vested by the Kentucky commission
