GOOD FENCER DESTROYED TORONTO Ont May 27 When Eider fell during the running of the Woodbine Steeple ¬ chase on Saturday he sustained a broken shoulder which necessitated his being de ¬ stroyed The Eastland Farm Stable lost a good steeplechaser in this horse He was a winner at the meeting and usually a good safe fencer Eider was brought over from the other side by Victor Emmanuel owner of the Donvood Stable in whose colors he raced for a couple of years
