w NORTHWEST CANADIAN SPORT AURORA, 111., May 9.— An attractive book advertising the racing at Calgary and Winnipeg arrived and was distributed by Stuart Polk. Seveial stakes will be given during the coming meetings, including the Alberta Derby Stakes at Chinook Park, Calgary, and the ,500 added Speers Handicap at Whittier Park, Winnipeg. Robert Shelley, well known on Chicago tracks, is racing secretary of the organization, of which R, James Speers is the head.
