PLACE ON JUBILEE PROGRAM Aurora to Help Chicago Celebrate ! Special Week — Special Plans Being Made for Chicago Day. AURORA, 111., May 9.— Having been I granted a place on the Chicago Jubilee 1 celebration program for a special day at Exposition Park, general manager E. F. • Carruthers is going ahead with plans for a special program on that afternoon. The date is Tuesday, May 19, and the feature event will be the Chicago Jubilee Handicap. Throughout the jubilee celebration the management will name its feature races in honor of the big event that particular day on the jubilee program, but it will lay particular stress upon the May 19 program — Chicago Day. Civic, business and political leaders will be invited as guests for that afternoon, while an especial effort will be made to have Chicagos distinguished visitors attend. The management is now conferring with the merchants of Aurora, who have promised their co-operation to make jubilee day a huge success.
