f AURORA TURF NOTES" $ 0 AURORA. 111.. May 9. Tonto Rock, the good handicap horse which Is trained by S. Polk, is resting on a farm near Phoenix, Ariz., after having been fired. He will be taken up in the fall. William Mikel and Son have changed their plans and jockey H. Roble. who departed for Kansas City last night, has been ordered to return to Aurora immediately, while jockey Arnold will remain in Kansas City. Good Friend, because of his bad actions at the post yesterday, was placed on the barred list. Master Toney pulled up lame after his ace on Friday and may be unable to start J or some time. The horses of the Superior Stable, owned by William Schmidt, are quartered at Lincoln Fields. M. E. Syufy had the horses Morpheus and Lady Noyes vanned from Washington Park for their races today. I
