Woollatt that stalls have been reserved for his horses and he will ship from Pimlico direct to Thorncliffe. John Shields leaves for Toronto next week to take in the Thorncliffe and Woodbine meetings. The Foxcatcher Farms purchased the contract that John Bosley, Jr., had on jockey F. Slate. Bosley arranged with Paul Haines to accompany his stable to Canada. A report that was going the rounds that J. W. Healy would turn the three-year-old Mate over to his owner A. C. Bostwick after the running of the Kentucky Derby, was denied by Healy today. The latter informed your correspondent that he had arranged to take over San Romolo and Coq Gris for Mrs. John Hay Whitney. He will give this pair of steeplechasers a special prep for the hunter races to be run at Arlington Park and Saratoga. H. C. Watson will ship a carload of horses from here to Bainbridge tomorrow. The Willis Sharpe Kilmer string was loaded and sent to Belmont Park this morning.
