LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS H. Roble, by riding nine winners last week, not only took the riding honors for that period, but also displaced A. Fischer from second place in the jockey standing. He is now second to Cunningham with eighty-nine winners, the leader having 114, an increase of one over his total of a week ago. Eugene James is now in fourth place, one winner ahead of A. Robertson. The latter could only score with two of his mounts last week, while James was winning with six. C. Hart included his name in the list of the thirty leaders by riding thirty-three winners during the Riverside Park meeting.
