t DUFFERIN PARK NOTES | t i TORONTO, Ont., June 12. A rule put into force by starter Palmer and sure to make a hit with local racegoers, is the barring of bad actors. He will not let the following start, Nick Cullop, Fair Jean, Good Shepherd, Rosita, Florida Gold, Staylor, Wellet, Great Rock and Voltear. Several horses will be seen under new silks during the meeting. The former Thorncliffe Stables colorbearers, British Candy and Mananna, have been sold to the local owner, W. G. Campbell. Hedge Ray, a three-year-old in the Riv-erdale Stable, got loose while being cooled out this morning and tore down a panel of the inside rail. The filly suffered no serious injuries from the mishap. While George Hay is tending to his many duties at Dufferin he is also looking out for the coming Kenilworth meeting. He reports the following additional applications for stabling there: D. Homewood, J. Burks, W. G. Wilson, T. Glassco, J. Dreyer, E. M. Doumani, C. Shalkoub, J. B. Hardwick, J. J. Dolan, B. Harris, B. Graver, C. Irby, D. Boyle, W. L. Brodie, Geneseo Stable, C. Graffaginini. W. S. Kilmer, J. Badame and C. S. Mitchell. R. F. Carman, Jr., has wired for a condition book, and may send the large string that he is handling at Chicago to take part in the meeting. Racing secretary Wash Norvell, who has been confined to his room suffering from a heavy cold for the past few days, was on hand at Dufferin Friday. Post time each day will be 2:30 p. m., eastern daylight savings time.
