NEW YORK TRACK NOTES f . . $ John Loftus, who trains the horses of the Oakridge Stable, has returned from Miami, where he spent a vacation of three weeks. At Belmont Park he has taken over the training of the twelve horses he left in care of stable foreman Edward Bennett. Loftus was pleased with the condition of his campaigners. He commented on the improvement in the Hialeah Park course this year and stated that it is the most beautiful track he has seen in Europe or North America. Max Hirsch, who trains the largest public stable on the metropolitan tracks, will leave Wednesday for Miami and Havana, where he will spend a vacation of four weeks. Hirsch has a few horses racing at Hialeah and Oriental Park in charge of trainers Bob Robinson and John Lowe.
