The latter, a factor from the start and under restraint until entering the stretch, worked his way into the lead, held on well, but was not good enough. AGNES SOREL, close up after a quarter, tired in the drive. LITTLE MARCELLE, hard ridden, showed speed, but quit in the stretch RICCIARDO had no mishaps. TONIGHT was as good as left at the post. MY GIRL showed early speed. The latter quit in the stretch. BEAUTY SECRET could not get up. SCANDAL SHEET, taken across sharply going to the first turn, was weakly ridden. ST. MICA lost ground.
