FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES 4 The stewards rescinded their ruling against Prometheus, and he will return to good standing Monday. His entry was ordered refused on the grounds that he was an "uncertain racing proposition." Following his winning effort in the closing race, Thursday, the stewards ordered the further entry of Essare .refused because of "inconsistent racing." E. F. Prichard sold the three-year-old fillies Bay Leaf and Brown Bonnet to J. H. McCoole. Prichards Weideleen, Tannery, . Transgression- and Soothing, along with the Shandon Farm horses, got away this morning for Lexington. Prichard is returning to his Ashburne Farm tomorrow. E. Roble turned the filly Helen Virginia over to G. T. Harris to train. N. W. Burk-hardt reports that Lawful Gamble will be blistered and sent to the farm of Clayton Morris, his owner, in Texas. A division of the Shandon Farm Stable will be campaigned through the spring meeting at Exposition Park, Aurora.- Mrs. C. H. Knebelkamp is much improved after a two weeks illnqss.
