HAVANA TRACK NOTES $ Announcement that summer racing- would be conducted here under the auspices of the Club Hippico is expected shortly. Present plans call for racing on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months. H. M. Woolfs Lucille K., which came here to start in her stake engagements, unloaded in good shape and was galloped over the track after the running of the first race Thursday. Jockey R. Feeney was taken ill and forced to cancel his riding engagements Thursday. Richard Kaelker left here for the North on a business trip. The future entry of Scapegoat has been refused, due to fractious behavior at the barrier. Bob Freund, one of starter Miltons assistants, left for Bowie. He will start schooling horses at that point next Tuesday.
