LOWENSTELN AT LEXINGTON LEXINGTON, Ky., March 17.Mose Lowenstein arrived this morning from Miami and will be here three or four days. He is arranging to send the horses Fred Morris has been training for him to Maryland, where they will join the string to be shipped from Florida this week. Danny Stewart came from Florida yesterday. He says he has no definite plans for the future. If he does not make a training engagement he will campaign a small string of horses he will buy. Information from Louisville today to his mother in this city is to the effect that Tommy Taylor, trainer for R. M. Eastman and Mrs. E. L. Swikard, is resting comfortably after an operation performed yesterday for appendicitis.
