A. 2 Pfeffcr, for fifty thousand dollars 0,000.00 and interest at seven per cent 7jO J annum from the 15th day of November, 1928, in currency of the United States Ipcr of America, together with all equipment, chattels, and paraphernalia on the premises 5 used in connection with racing, and also all other assets, undertaking and good-will, I including agreements, franchises, letters patent, and privileges, whether tangible or i J intangible.
