JUBILEE HANDICAP SURPRISE Special Cablegram. KEMPTON PARK, England, May 7. The Great Jubilee Handicap, run here today, resulted in a surprise when H. Eves Venturer, J 107 pounds, defeated Captain Rimington Wilsons Hill Cat in a drive by three-quarters of a length. Lapped on them was Mrs. Arthur James Pricket. Venturer was 100 to 1 in the betting. Hill Cat was 7 to 2 and Pricket 11 to 2. There were fifteen starters in the mile and a quarter contest. Link Boy. owned by A. M. G. Singer, the Anglo- | American sportsman, finished fourth.
