APPLY FOR LICENSES NEW YORK, N. Y., May 7.— Thomas Woodcock and W. F. Elliot, trainer and jockey, respectively, of the late lamented Phar Lap, have placed their applications for trainer and jockey licenses at the office of The Jockey Club. The employer is Willis Sharpe Kilmer.
