LOWES CONDITION SERIOUS PIMLICO, Md., May 13.— Reports from the Union Memorial Hospital, where John Lowe is confined, are that besides a broken jaw. one of his eyes was knocked out. and that the other one is injured. Blood transfusions are being given Lowe. He is being attended by the best doctors and surgeons in Baltimore, and everything possible is being done for him by his employer, Admiral C. T. Grayson. I
