WISE MONEY showed good speed from the start, responded to urging when called upon and outlasted WELL PLAYED. The latter swerved under urging, moved up between the leaders in the closing eighth and finished well. PANAX finished gamely on the outside. STAR SCATTERED showed a good performance. WARD-IN -CHANCERY finished with a rush on the outside. RED COAT was in close quarters on the inside in the closing eighth. TETRA KHAN tired under pressure. MEETING PLACE raced well. DUMMY BOY showed early speed. SEASAINT quit badly at the end. FAIR MOSS was moving up fast on the outside near the last obstacle when carried to the inside with BLABBER. POINT BREEZE showed good speed and was racing well when lie ducked to the inside and interfered with the leaders. BLABBER was a contender when he met interference. LAUFJUNGE pulled up very lame. SPINNER had no mishaps. FRIAR McGEE lost his rider at the eighth jump. KHAYBABY lost his rider at the fifth jump. BO BALLOT pulled up after taking the water jump.
