MAD MULLAH, outrun but kept within striking distance of the leaders, came through on the inside of the pacemakers approaching the stretch and, taking command under strong pressure, had enough left to withstand FLY FISHER. The latter, hard ridden from the start, went to the outside and closed gamely. PRINCELY PAL tired after challenging near the end. FALSE PIETY, hustled to the front, withstood CHARMING EMMA and held on well. FLAG VIEW finished gamely after meeting interference. CHARMING EMMA forced a fast pace for half a mile.
