BRANDON MINT PROGRESSING NEW YORK, N. Y., June 21 There is a good chance that the Brandon Stables Brandon Mint will be ready for his engagement in the Dwyer Stakes, at one mile and a half, to be run July 2. This good colt was .hurt in the running of the Kentucky Derby while in a contending position and he has not since been to the races. He is galloping again and has progressed nicely under the watchful care of Frank Bray. This morning, at Belmont Park, he went along for a handy mile in 1:42 and it was enough to serve notice that he would be ready for the mile and a half gallop in two weeks.
