1 WASHINGTON PARK NOTES t s $ W. C. Weant is sending his crack juvenile filly, Wise Anne to Latonia for the Clipsetta Stakes to be run Saturday, and W. J. Y. Martins Dark Hope may travel to the same track for the Latonia Derby to be decided a week later. L. M. Seversons Paul Bunyan injured himself while in his stall this morning and the injury was responsible for his absence from todays feature. Racing secretary Wm. H. Shelley leaves Thursday for Latonia where he has served for many years. L. C. Boganschutz, another Latonia racing official, leaves for the Kentucky track at the same time. J. Smith goes to Latonia to ride for the E. R. Bradley stable, and C. Corbett will accompany the Jack Howard stable to the same track. Howard Wells is shipping the big Howard Oots and C. E. Hamilton stable to Latonia Thursday night. M. Rose does the riding for this big establishment. Elmer Trueman has taken a call on the services of D. McAuliffe for the Arlington, Park meeting. Charles Ulbig will make Mc-Auliffes engagements in the future. The horses Sandro and Sandal Tree, purchased by the Carr Brothers from the J. O. Keene stable, will race under the nom de course of the Jersey Stable. M. M. Shields is the trainer. Twelve horses, property of B. B. Jones, owner of the Audley Farm and racing stables, will be shipped from Washington Park to Latonia in charge of Terry OMalley Wednesday night. OMalley will take along jockeys R. Martin and J. Kacala to do the riding.
