AXENTEA was unable to threaten the leaders. BURNING FEET raced evenly. ENNIS was outrun. GOODESTONE was never a factor. BLACK BOARD outran the others to the first turn, withstood INTEGRITY and ENGLISH KNIGHT, but could not withstand the winner. CHLOEDAIR, on the outside all the way, finished gamely. INTEGRITY raced forwardly. INFERNAL was outrun. ENGLISH KNIGHT, rushed into contention on the inside, quit badly after three-quarters. WESTYS FOLLY stumbled and fell midway of tho back stretch. KEEP OUT lacked early speed, came through on the inside into the stretch and finished fast. INLANDER tired. APPREHENSIVE was done after half a mile. MIDSHIP-MAN showed speed at times. TWENTY GRAND worked his way to WAR HERO fast, took a short lead; then tired under punishment and, pulled up lame. WAR HERO, rated in front, held on gamely. CHARLEIGH finished fast on the outside, but pulled up lame. PARI-MUTUEL, taken up at the start, moved up fast, but tired. CAMP PRINCE was overmatched.
