PIATT SHIPS YEARLINGS EAST Kentucky Breeder Sends a Dozen Youngsters to Owners for Training Two Owned by Burch. LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 5. Thomas Carr Piatt has shipped by express to Laurel, Md., twelve yearlings, which were bred at hia farm and which were broken by him at the Kentucky Association track. Ten are the property of George Wing-fields Nevada Stock Farm, Reno, Nevada and they are to be delivered to trainer Richard F. Carman, Jr. Two are the property of Preston M. Burch, to whom they will be delivered. Another horse in the car was the two-year-old Rory, brown or black gelding, by Sun Flag Palstove, which Mr. Burch raced last winter at Miami. He has been galloped here all fall and is in good condition for preparation for winter racing. The list of the Nevada Stock Farm juveniles is as follows: Chestnut filly, by Canter 111 eana Wood. Bay filly, by General Thatcher Ida. Bay filly, by General Thatcher Annabell Lee. Bay filly, by General Thatcher Shamrock Green. Chestnut filly, by Wise Counsellor Billy Dove. Bay filly, by Swift and Sure Washoe Belle. Chestnut colt, by Chance Play Ruddy Light. Brown colt by Abbots Nymph Dansant. Bay filly, by Bubbling Over Carico. Bay filly, by Sun Flag Ten Mile. The two which went to Mr. Burch are: Chestnut colt, by Justice F. Betty J. Brown colt, by Campfire Pals Love.
