TURF INCOME TAX DECISIONS WASHINGTON, D. C, Oct. 10. The National Thoroughbred Foundation has sent out a final notice to thoroughbred breeders and owners of racing stables urging them to apply at once should they desire a copy of the book containing the governments income tax decisions relative to racing, which is now being prepared by the Foundation, as the edition will be strictly limited. It has been decided upon request to include the decisions affecting harness racing and show and saddle horses, as well as the thoroughbred sport, which go into effect November 1. Inquiries should be addressed to the National Thoroughbred Foundation, District National Bang Bldg., Washington, D. C.
