PAPRYOGRAPH DISQUALIFIED Twenty-Second Disqualification ot New York Season at Jamaica. Wonderful Awarded First Place in Second Race Owner Loses Purse and Horse Through Claim. NEW YORK, N. T., Oct. 14. The twenty, second disqualification of the year was recorded when the stewards ordered the number of George Boehles Papyrograph, which finished in front of a band of platers in the second race, taken down. The race was awarded to Robert C. Winmills Wonderful over L. Cheynes Rod Rack, with Mrs. A. Carfanos Donie third. The action came after patrol judge Joseph Vosburgh complained to the stewards that Papyrograph had crossed over the outside entering the stretch and impeded Donie. The stewards ordered jockey Mills, who rode Donie, to report to them and the boy verified the statement. The disqualification was then ordered. Donie and Rod Rack had raced from the barrier to the stretch turn lapped on each other and it was apparent that Donie was tiring when the impeding took place. Robertson, astride Papyrograph, had moved up on the outside of the leaders and turning for home came over causing the interference. Papyrograph then drew away and at .the end had a length advantage over Wonderful, which finished fast through the stretch on the outside. Rod Rack came again on the inside and was a driving third, while Donie managed to save fourth. The disqualification was received in silence by the crowd with neither a cheer or adverse comment on the action. The race was a costly one to owner Boehle in addition to losing the purse he lost his horse via the claiming route to L. A. Bentham for ,200. Seb, from the B. B. Stable, had no trouble defeating a band of three-year-olds and over under claiming conditions and at a mile and seventy yards. It was the second section of the second race and brought together a field Qt ten.
