REDUCE BOWIE STAKE VALUES LAUREL, Md., Oct. 14. The Maryland Racing Commission has permitted the Bowie management to reduce the value of four stakes for the forthcoming November meeting. They are the Bryan OHara Stakes, from 5,000 to 5,000 added; Endurance, from 0,000 to ,500; Thanksgiving, from 0,000 to ,500, and the Prince Georges Handicap, from 0,000 to ,000.
