WOMAN RULED OFF TURF NEW YORK, N Y., Oct. 24. At a meeting of the stewards of The Jockey Club, held in the offices of the club on Wednesday, October 19, Mrs. Jean Browning, alias Mrs. Peter Christie Barrie, owner of the horses Saintlite and Regula Baddun, was ruled off the turf and the trainers license of Elmer Fred was suspended pending further investigation.
