1 PIMLICO TURF NOTES T and Louis Schaefer got in from New York and will ride as a freelance at Pimlico and Bowie. F. Preece is shipping the J. Simpson, Jr.s horses to Wadsworth, 111. At the conclusion of the Pimlico meeting here they will go into winter quarters at their owners farm. Richard Carmen, Sr., was an arrival from Chicago. He plans to remain until the conclusion of the Bowie meeting, when he will return to California. Joe Pitz, who staged a comeback as a jockey last spring, is here. Pitz will again be seen in action during the Pimlico meeting. Louis and Nate Byer were late arrivals from New York. A. J. Goldsborough, one of this countrys veteran trainers, is here with G. B. Parsons string. There are thirty-five horses on the schooling list with the adding of Vote. Jockey Don Lyons was an arrival from New York. Frank Munden and J. Rich got in from Canada. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Cordy, of Cumber land, arrived this morning and will remain throughout the meeting. The Flying Horse Farms string, trained by R. Neander, was an arrival from Boston, Mass.
