LEGERE MAY RIDE MAD FRUMP LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 3. If it is impossible for A. Robertson to return here to ride Mad Frump in the Championship Stakes, Eddie Legere probably will be astride the C. V. Whitney colt in that race Saturday. Legere arrived from Canada several days ago and reports himself in top condition. Robertson may have to fill an engagement at Pimlico.
