WOMAN ASKS RIDERS LICENSE AURORA, 111., May 4.— Lillian Jenkinson, reported to be one of the cleverest women riders of America, applied for a jockey license. Stewards John T. Ireland and R. A. Leigh referred her application to the Illinois Turf Association.
