RULINGS AT SPORTSMANS CICERO, 111., May 17.— The license of jockey D. Burney was revoked Tuesday for refusal to fill his riding engagement on Making Bubbles after reporting to the jockey room, according to the stewards. Following an investigation of the Whisking winning race Monday, the stewards requested jockey M. Dupuy to accept no more mounts at Sportsmans Park. While no ruling was made against jockey Yerrat, it is understood that he cannot ride here. He and Dupuy are privileged to ride elsewhere. ,
