MICHIGAN MEETINGS PLANNED KALAMAZOO Mich May 4 Ben Hager dorn former manager of the Dayton Ohio track will be director of racing at the one mile tracks at Kalamazoo and Grand Rap ¬ ids where meetings will be staged this year Tim Murphy associated for many years wtih Oriental Park Havana Cuba will be presiding steward and racing sec ¬ retary William Snyder will do the starting Noah McClelland will act as clerk of the scales and John T Kissane will act as entry clerk to complete the roster of offi ¬ cials for the two meetings Summer and fall meetings are planned with the summer dates already sanctioned by the racing com ¬ mission Both tracks are being completely remodeled and improved
