POLSON LEAVES FOR COAST Mike Pospn Australian turfman who trains the Antipodean star Winooka and who accompanied the latter here on his unsuccessful campaign leaves tomorrow for San Francisco Winooka arrived at Tan foran today according to Poison and will be kept there until July 24 on which date the Monterey sails for the land down under Winooka will make the trip home on the Monterey alone his traveling companion Trevallion having been claimed at Wash ¬ ington Park Poison has received word that dock workers at San Francisco are striking and in the event the trouble continues until the Montereys sailing time Winooka will be shipped by train to Los Angeles and trans ¬ ferred aboard ship there Poison leaves for home on the same boat
