BRYAN STEWARD AT SYRACUSE SYRACUSENEW NEW YORK N Y June 29 Herbert Bayard Swope announced today the appoint ¬ ment of Frank J Bryan as steward to rep ¬ resent the New York Racing Commission at the Syracuse meeting of the Onondaga Jockey Club This meeting begins July 4 to continue until July 14 Mr Bryan is a vet ¬ eran official of racing whose association with the sport has always lent dignity and importance to any office he has filled and his selection is one that will be appreciated by the racing public
