JOCKEY WOOLF FINED 0 DETROIT, Mich., July 5.— The stewards issued the following ruling today: "For striking jockey F. Fernandez with his whip in the last race Wednesday and assaulting him in the jockeys* room after the race, jockey G. Woolf has been fined 0 and suspended for ten days." Woolf rode Fair Billows and Fernandez had the mount on Careful Kitty.
