SUSPEND JOCKEY C. E. ALLEN SALEM, N. H., July 5.— The stewards suspended C. E. Allen for seven days for swerving into horses during the stretch run of the third race with Happy Scot, which resulted in that horse being disqualified 1 after finishing second.
