Wise Sister, candidate for the running of the Juvenile Stakes, worked six furlongs in 1:13%, Thursday morning in preparation for this Saturdays big six furlong special. The speedy daughter of Wise Counsellor, was clocked the first half in :47%. Lady Laura, which came from far back to win Wednesdays second race, has been placed on the schooling list and has been banned from starting pending the mending of her unruly post manners. Fleam, generally rated one of the top notch fillies around New York this summer, may parade postward in the New Hampshire Handicap July 14. Trainer J. Fitzsimmons wired her nomination Thursday morning. The apprentice allowance was waived on Yancey and C. E. Allen was hoisted aboard him in the second race Thursday. The "bug" was also waived on Southard, a starter in n the seventh race.
