PATTERSON FOUND GUILTY DETROIT Mich July 27 Joseph Pat ¬ terson head trainer of the Audley Farm Stable and two other employes were found guilty by a Federal Court jury that delib ¬ erated their fates for two hours today Pat ¬ terson his assistant Robert Wingfield and Horace Moore negro stable hand were con ¬ victed of transportation of narcotics and conspiracy to dope the horse Knights Gal Two others Thomas Murray and Morton Smith were shown to have had no knowl ¬ edge of the action and were freed The trio will be sentenced tomorrow by Judge Ed ¬ ward J Moinet
