HILDRUM, favored by the going, raced in close attendance for a half mile, took command approaching the stretch, drew out fast thereafter and won eased up. JAZ AGE, away in stride, set the early pace under mild reserve, gave way when challnged, but held on evenly. POTTERTON raced evenly. ROBERTA, weakly handled, was permitted to race far out of contention and failed to be a factor. REGARDS, taken up at the start, was rushed into command, then steered into a pocket and was weakly handled thereafter. JANE BRUSH raced well for three-eighths, then quit. GOLDEN PIGEON, favored by the going, was outpaced for three-eighths, gained rapidly thereafter to taka command in the stretch and won galloping. IDLE DREAM, rushed to the lead early, continued well to the stretch, but gave way though outfinishing MIDLANDA. The latter closed gamely. EMMIE R., given a listless ride, was taken out of contention early and permitted to race far back, then closed gamelv. ASYOUWERE raced evenlv. The latter raced BRIGHT ROSE into defeat, but could not withstand the winner. BRIGHT ROSE began quickly, was taken under strong reserve for three-eighths, then failed to keep up when urged. PARADE STEP lost ground gradually after the opening quarter. GOLDEN WATCH stumbled at the five-eighths post and failed to reach contention thereafter. NIGHT OWL showed nothing. THROUGH OMOND rushed to the front at the start, offered strong contention for a half mile, then weakened, yet easily held the others safe. NASSLYN, far back early, closed gamely and was up in the final strides to outfinish PATSYF.TTE. The latter prominent throughout, was no match for the first two, but her rider tossed off third money when he allowed her to loaf in the closing stages. DELMA DUNN had no mishaps. JOHNNY O., slow to get going, rushed to the leader after a half mile, but weakened when subjected to punishment. GEE GEE went well for a half mile, then weakened. BARVITA quit after reaching contention. ILIKAROSE, rank at the post, stumbled at the start, was on the inside throughout and failed to b»g dangerous. ANGON BRIDGE raced well to the final eighth. OUR SAMMY, well up for a half mile, faltered in the stretch.
