NEW RULES AT AKSARBEN OMAHA Neb May 28 A number of rules were posted by the AkSarBen stew ¬ ards previous to the opening of the meet ¬ ing Twoyearolds will not be permitted to start unless registration certificate or proof of name allowed have been deposited with the racing secretary and the young animals will not be permitted to run in blinkers until they have started two or more times and then only with the permission of the stew ¬ ards The use of spurs on any horse is pro ¬ hibited hibitedFreezing Freezing of the legs of horses in the pad ¬ dock is not permitted No horse may be warmedup during the parade to the post Jockeys agents are not recognized
