termination ARIEL ATTACK a strong contender from the start took command as CROSS KEYS ran out and held on creditably though unable to withstand the leaders CAVE HILL showed a fair effort CHATTER WRACK lost much ground and could not get up LAUERMAN away well but cut off shortly after the start lacked speed when clear CROSS KEYS took command with a rush and was racing easily in front when she ran out mile came to the outside for the drive which she stood with good courage though unable to get to the leader LADY FED ¬ ERAL away well but taken back when in tight quarters on the far turn bettered her position steadily when saving ground in the stretch DARIA went well from a slow start TRANSFUN forced wide much of the trip and somewhat jostled about in the stretch held on well and with better luck might have been a stronger factor AUTOGRAPH was held safe throughout FESTOON and JULIA GRANT quit COTTINGHAM failed to cct through on the inside leaving the back stretch and taken back never recovered
