WINS GOLD SUIT REVIEW WASHINGTON D C June 2 Robert A Taft of Cincinnati won a Supreme Court review Tuesday in his suit to force the government to pay him 107 interest on a gold Liberty Bond which was called in by the treasury before its maturity date The suit was entered on behalf of the Dixie Terminal Company of Cincinnati Taft had a 50 gold bond paying 4 12 per cent inter ¬ est and which was to mature October 15 1938 However the Treasury Department called it in for redemption October 15 1934 Taft demanded gold for redemption or a continuance of interest beyond the call date
