CHALLEDON WORKS MILE OVER SLOW TRACK ARLINGTON HEIGHTS 111 July 19 Trainer Louis Schaefer brought William L Branns Challedon onto the track between the first and second races at Arlington Park this afternoon and worked him a mile over slow footing in preparation for his engage ¬ ment in the Classic Stakes here Saturday The son of Challenger II with his regular exercise rider Clayton Trippy at the reins was just breezing all the way traveling the eight furlongs in l427s Working on the main track and a trifle but from the inside rail Challedon went the first quarter in 25 half mile in 50 and threequarters in 116
