X 7 Fry Announces Ruling DETROIT, Mich., May 22. Edward J. Fry, Michigan State Racing-Commissioner, announced the fol-D lowing: ruling; here today: "If any !, owner, trainer or authorized agent 3 of a stable claims that a horse is 2 not carrying its correct weight, he must notify the stewards in writing: j not later than 1 p. m. the day of , the protested race, otherwise the order in which the horses finish will s be official. This ruling- also governs the eligibility of horses."
